Kiwanis clubs focus on changing the world by serving children, one child and one community at a time. We are dedicated to serving the children, families and the community of Moorpark, and proceeds from this event provide funding for our numerous service projects.
We provide an annual Breakfast with Santa, which provides breakfast, gifts, and a visit with Santa to over 300 children selected by First Five. We sponsor the Terrific Kids program at local schools. Terrific Kids is a student recognition program that promotes character development, self-esteem and perseverance. We support the food pantry, Veterans’ Day and Memorial Day observances, school and public libraries, school music programs, and a variety of other community necessities. We are hands on wherever we are needed.
This is a ticketed event, with approximately 200 guests expected, including civic group leaders, local officials, and people who love wine and want to give something back to the community. We hope you will consider helping our club by participating in this event.
